A Human Right-Based Approach to Dealing with Adverse Events in Residential Care Facilities
The aim of this study was to review and analyse the narratives that are part of statutory notifications of adverse events from RCFs in order to identify if FREDA principles were being violated or upheld during the course of adverse events and their management.
