This is the first Corporate Plan of the Health Information and Quality Authority, referred to from now as the ‘Authority’, and covers the three year period from 2008 to 2010.

We are committed to subjecting our own performance and impact to internal and external scrutiny. In order to ensure that we can measure the impact of our work, we are developing a system which sets out how we will measure what we aim to achieve between 2008 and 2010.
