To assist the National Public Health Emergency Team (NPHET) and the National Ambulance Service in their response to COVID-19, the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) has developed a series of evidence summaries and reviews of guidance.
This review set out to identify and summarise guidance issued internationally to support organisations providing pre-hospital emergency services and patient transport services in the context of COVID-19 and beyond. Outputs of this report include a review document and an accompanying guidance database, which details and categorises the guidance identified.
